What RankFlow AI analyzes

RankFlow AI analyzes SEO-relevant signals from the current webpage only when you choose to scan or rescan that page. It is not a background monitor, full-site crawler, automatic SEO monitor, or browsing-history tracker.

The extension may read the current page URL, title, meta description, canonical and robots metadata, H1–H3 information, image alt status, link counts, JSON-LD presence, and Open Graph field presence to produce local SEO results.

Local processing of page SEO data

Page SEO analysis, scores, score breakdowns, issue summaries, Quick Wins, recommendations, SERP approximations, Passed Checks, and Page Facts are generated locally in the browser extension. Page HTML, page titles, meta descriptions, page URLs or domains, SEO scan results, exact scores, and copied reports are not uploaded to RankFlow AI or an external SEO analysis service.

RankFlow AI does not require an account and does not use an external AI API or SEO API for the current page analysis. It does not read full page HTML, unrelated body content, form values, cookies, passwords, webpage LocalStorage or SessionStorage, authentication state, or personal account identity.

Anonymous extension analytics

The extension uses Mixpanel for limited anonymous product-interaction analytics. Mixpanel receives a random anonymous distinct ID, the extension version, and selected interaction information. Depending on the event, this may include interface locale, score band rather than an exact score, recommendation count, issue-severity counts, a stable internal rule ID, and actions such as starting or completing a scan, expanding a recommendation, changing the interface language, or opening selected product details.

Mixpanel does not receive page HTML, page URLs or domains, page titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonical URLs, Page Facts, SEO scan results, exact scores, copied reports, browsing history, email addresses, account information, authentication data, or personal user identity. Extension analytics requests use the Mixpanel Track API with IP-based geolocation enrichment disabled through ip=0.

Browser storage, session comparison, and clipboard

The extension stores the preferred interface locale and a random anonymous analytics identifier in persistent extension storage. These values support interface preferences and limited anonymous product analytics.

For Fix and Rescan, browser session storage keeps a short-lived baseline for the current tab and normalized page URL, including the normalized URL, previous total score, and scan time. It is used only to compare a later successful scan of the same page during the current session. It is not long-term SEO history, cross-page comparison, or automatic monitoring.

When you choose Copy SEO Report, RankFlow AI writes a localized plain-text report to the system clipboard. The report may contain the current page URL, SEO results, recommendations, Passed Checks, and Page Facts. This is a user-triggered local clipboard action and is not a server upload.

Website analytics, third parties, and choices

The RankFlow AI Website uses Mixpanel for limited anonymous Website analytics. It records Website page views, Store CTA clicks, language changes, and FAQ opens. Broad autocapture, automatic pageview tracking, session replay, and advertising profiling are disabled.

Website Mixpanel may store an anonymous browser or device identifier and related analytics state in browser LocalStorage. The Website analytics identifier and extension analyticsDistinctId are separate and are not linked into a shared user profile. Custom Website events do not include third-party page content, SEO scan data, passwords, personal account identity, Google or Microsoft login data, complete URL query strings, or session replay.

Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons are third-party distribution platforms and may process installation or account-related information under their own policies. RankFlow AI does not receive Store account identity merely because a user visits or installs from a Store listing.

Security, children, and changes

RankFlow AI is not designed to collect sensitive personal information or identify users. Reasonable safeguards include local page analysis, limited extension permissions, scoped network access for anonymous analytics, and no remotely hosted executable code. No system can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated when implemented behavior or third-party services change. A verified publisher entity and governing jurisdiction are not currently published on this Website.
